• Go to the Medication List section in the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Press the Medication List link.



  • The Medications screen will be opened.

  • Select the medication from list that you want to discontinue or cancel.
  • Press the Edit button.
  • Select a new status for the selected medication. ("Cancelled" o "Discontinued") and choose the reason for cancelling or discontinuing medication.


  • Press the Save button to store changes made.
