Before
- Patient must give consent: In order to work with the medication reconciliation you have to search previously the pharmacy eligibility and it must be active, also have to check the option of Consent for Health Information Exchange located in the Patient Details screen. (This services is unlimited, not all health insurances have it)

After
- Go to Medication List section in the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Press the Medication List link.
- The Medication screen will be displayed.
- Press the Rx History button to make the electronic medication reconciliation.
- The Patient Pharmacy Network History screen will be displayed.
- Press the Agreed button.
- It will start the process of downloading the information.
- Select in the middle column with a "check mark" all of the medications you want to add to the patients medications history. (For example purposes we will reconcile"Ketoconazole").
- Press the Reconcile Medications button to save all the selected medications in the patients history.
- If medication is saved but in the NDC, column displays "Uncoded/outdate" must press with a right click mouse over the medication and select the corresponding dose.
