Description 

Screen used to manage the dispute claims. 

Access

From Main Menu, press the Billing button. Then press the Transmissions button and select the Dispute option. 

From the Billing screen, selecting the Disputing option in the Status field. 

From the Billing screen, press the Reconcile button and then press the Dispute button. 

From the Billing screen, press the Reconcile button. Then press the Add Payment and press the Dispute button. 

Sections

• Buttons:
  • Edit First 10 Claims: By pressing this button displays the Claims Editor screen with the first 10 claims to be edited. 
  • View: By pressing displays Billing Claims and Aging screen. 
  • Send All: By pressing displays all the claims to be re-transmitted.
