Through QuickLinks

• In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
• Select the Settings option. 
• Then, click on the Clinical button and select the Clinical Templates button. 

Sections

Buttons 

• Clinical Groups: When pressed, it allows you to configure clinical groups to be used in the evaluation of the center or emergency room. 

• Copy Types: Pressing it will display the screen to copy the clinical evaluation type settings from one provider to another or from one provider to a group and vice versa. (It can also be accessed through Settings / General / Staff & Providers / Copy Clinical Evaluations). 

• Adv. Comments: Allows you to add instructions or comments to the categories of the evaluation options. 
  

• Previous: Allows to close the screen.

• Providers: Allows to organize the options by provider.
• Groups: Allows to organize the options by group.
• (ER) Clinical Tasks and IV Types: When pressed, it displays the personalized evaluation of the centers and emergency rooms.  
• : When pressed, the following options will be displayed: 

• Show Previews Notes: When pressed, a column will appear on the right side of the screen to display the selected options. Show Search Panel: When pressed, it displays the panel for searching the screen sections. 
• Sort by Custom: It allows to organize the options, according to the user's preference. 
• Sort Alphabetically: Allows you to organize the options in alphabetical order. 
• Filter By Patient: By selecting, you will be able to filter the options by patient. 
• High Risk of falling: When selected, it indicates that the patient may be at high risk for a fall. 
• Life expectancy is 6 months: When selected, it indicates that the patient has an estimated life expectancy of 6 months.  

Management of options in the following areas:

• Triage: This section groups all the options, which may be available, in the Clinical Evaluation screen, in the Triage tab.

• Present Illness: This section groups all the options, which may be available, in the Clinical Evaluation screen, in the Present Illness tab.

• Past History: This section groups all the options that may be available for the evaluation of the patient's past history. This option will be available in the Clinical Evaluation screen, in the Past History tab.
• Review of Systems: This section groups all the options that may be available for the evaluation of the system. This option will be available in the Clinical Evaluation screen under the ROS tab.

• Physical exam: This section groups all the options that may be available for the physical examination. This option will be available in the Clinical Evaluation screen under the Physical Exam tab.
  

Tablas: Place where the different options will be organized. We have 4 tables.

• By clicking the right mouse button during the preparation of the evaluation, you will have four tables to build the evaluation. Among the options available for the construction of the evaluation are:
• Add Item: Allows to add more options.
• Edit Item: Allows to edit the selected option.
• Add Child: Allows to add an option in the next column.
• Delete Item: Allows to delete the selected option.
