Description

Screen where a specialized and personalized clinical evaluation can be configured. These evaluations will be displayed in tab format in the Custom Evaluation screen. It also allows configuring the clinical groups to be used in the clinical evaluation. The user can copy the types of clinical evaluations from group to provider, provider to provider, provider to group.


Access


Through Settings

  • In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Evaluation Types button.

Through QuickLinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. Then press the Clinical button and select the Evaluation Types button.


Sections


Buttons

  • Clinical Groups: When pressed, it allows you to configure clinical groups to be used in the clinical evaluation of the center or emergency room. 


  • Copy Types: When pressed, it allows the user to copy clinical evaluation type settings from one provider to another or from one provider to a group and vice versa. (This screen can also be accessed through Settings / General / Staff & Providers / Copy Clinical Evaluations).


  • Edit Types: When pressed, the Evaluation Types Setting screen will be displayed, where the different types of evaluations that will be in the Custom Evaluation screen in the clinical area will be displayed. When pressing the right mouse button, the following options will be displayed:


  • Add: What is added will be displayed as a tab in the Custom Evaluation screen.
  • Edit: Allows to edit the name.
  • Delete Selected Item: If you delete something from this screen and you, have it already configured in the clinical section, you will have to delete it manually.   
  • Advanced Comments: When pressed, the Advanced Comments Settings screen will be displayed, this is the place where you will be able to create more options under a category. These can be re-used in the different Items added in the Evaluation Types screen.


  • Previous: Closes screen. 
  • Provider: Name of the provider, to whom the evaluation belongs.
  • Groups: Evaluation group, to which the evaluation belongs.
  • (ER) Clinical Tasks and IV Types: When pressed, it displays the personalized evaluation of the centers and emergency rooms. 


  • More: When pressed, the following options will be displayed: 


  • Show Previews Notes: When pressed, a column will appear on the right side of the screen to display the selected options. 
  • Show Search Panel: When pressed, it displays the panel for searching the screen sections. 
  • Sort by Custom: It allows to organize the options, according to the user's preference. 
  • Sort Alphabetically: Allows you to organize the options in alphabetical order. 
  • Filter By Patient: When pressed, they can be filtered by patient. 


Tablas: Place where the different options will be organized. We have 4 tables.

  • By clicking the right mouse button during the preparation of the clinical evaluation, you will have four tables to build the evaluation. Among the options available for the construction of the evaluation are:
  • Add Item: Allows to add more options.
  • Edit Item: Allows to edit the selected option.
  • Add Child: Allows to add an option, in the next column.
  • Delete Item: Allows to delete the selected option.
