Description 

Screen where the order code and its components are configured. In this screen, the normal values (Flag) of the code are added and the LOINC codes are assigned.


Access


Through Settings

  • In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Orders button.  

Through QuickLinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. 
  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Orders button.


Sections 


Buttons

  • Available Orders: Allows you to configure the available orders to be performed in the emergency room. (The configuration of the available orders is used in the Clinical Tasks Settings and Clinical Tasks screen). 
  • Print: When pressed, it prints the report of the instructions for the selected order.
  • Range Settings: Allows you to add the range of values to the selected code.


  • Edit: It allows adding or editing components, assigning or deleting LOINC codes that have been assigned, as well as editing the type of code and description.
  • Cancel: Allows you to cancel any changes made on the screen.
  • Save: Saves the changes, made on the screen.
  • Previous: Closes screen.

Filtros: To perform the search, the results can currently be filtered by codes that are classified as laboratories, images, procedures, DME. In addition, by selecting the All option, you can search for all codes.

  • Search: Section where the code search is performed, depending on the classification of the filter, by (Lab, Images, Procedure, DME, All).
  • CPT / Loinc: Allows you to select the code type to be used in the selected order. 
  • Tabla: Displays the frequent codes. In the same way, the codes will be displayed, through search. 

Description / Alerts / Instructions: Area where the user can:

  • Reset text: Allows to update the original description of the selected order. 
  • Change the description of the code. 
  • Classify the code into Lab, Images, Procedures and DME. 
  • Assign the unit type, which applies to the code.
  • Assign alerts and instructions. 
  • Components: List of the components assigned to the order. They can be organized according to the user's preference. 
  • Loincs: List of LOINC codes assigned to the selected order.
