There are several options for printing the vaccination certificate.


Option #1

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Immunizations link, located in the Patient Dashboard section.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To print the vaccination certificate, click on the PR Certificate button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Fill in the fields, which are displayed on the screen.
    • Note: The required fields are Legal Guardian Name and the effective date of the certificate.
  •  Then, press the Print button.


  • The patient's vaccination certificate will be displayed.


Opción #2 

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the More button, located next to the Immunizations link and select the Open Full Page option.


  • Or, press the right mouse button and select the Open Full Page option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To print the vaccination certificate, click on the PR Certificate button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Fill in the fields, which are displayed on the screen.
    • Note: The required fields are Legal Guardian Name and the effective date of the certificate.
  •  Then, press the Print button.


  • The patient's vaccination certificate will be displayed.


Option #3

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Immunizations button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Immunizations Chart button.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To print the vaccination certificate, click on the PR Certificate button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Fill in the fields, which are displayed on the screen.
    • Note: The required fields are Legal Guardian Name and the effective date of the certificate.
  •  Then, press the Print button.


  • The patient's vaccination certificate will be displayed.
