There are several options for recording the patient's vaccinations. 

Option #1

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Immunizations link, located in the Patient Dashboard section.

 

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the vaccine you wish to administer to the patient from any section of the Office Inventory, Common Pediatrics, Common Adult or through the vaccine groups (Note: Multiple vaccines can also be selected).


  • Complete the dosage information, unit, date of administration, among other information.


  • Once you have registered all the corresponding information, press the Save button.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 


  • Press the Yes button if you want the vaccine to be passed to the encounter billing codes.
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.
  • You will automatically be taken to the Immunizations section. 


Option #2

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Add button, located in the Immunizations section of the Patient Dashboard panel and select the Open Full Page option.


  • Or, press the right mouse button and select the Open Full Page option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the vaccine you wish to administer to the patient from any section of the Office Inventory, Common Pediatrics, Common Adult or through the vaccine groups (Note: Multiple vaccines can also be selected).


  • Complete the dosage information, unit, date of administration, among other information.


  • Once you have registered all the corresponding information, press the Save button.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 


  • Press the Yes button if you want the vaccine to be passed to the encounter billing codes.
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.
  • You will automatically be taken to the Immunizations section. 


Option #3

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Immunizations button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, click on the Search button located at the top of the screen and select the Immunizations option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the vaccine you wish to administer to the patient from any section of the Office Inventory, Common Pediatrics, Common Adult or through the vaccine groups (Note: Multiple vaccines can also be selected).


  • Complete the dosage information, unit, date of administration, among other information.


  • Once you have registered all the corresponding information, press the Save button.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 


  • Press the Yes button if you want the vaccine to be passed to the encounter billing codes.

Option #4
  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.

  • In both cases, the following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the vaccine you wish to administer to the patient from any section of the Office Inventory, Common Pediatrics, Common Adult or through the vaccine groups (Note: Multiple vaccines can also be selected).


  • Complete the dosage information, unit, date of administration, among other information.


  • Once you have registered all the corresponding information, press the Save button.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 


  • Press the Yes button if you want the vaccine to be passed to the encounter billing codes.
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.
  • You will automatically be taken to the Immunizations section. 


Option #5

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the More button, located in the Immunizations section of the Patient Dashboard panel.
  • Select the Add Immunization option.


  • Or, press the right mouse button and select the Add Immunization option.


  • In both cases, the following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the vaccine you wish to administer to the patient from any section of the Office Inventory, Common Pediatrics, Common Adult or through the vaccine groups (Note: Multiple vaccines can also be selected).


  • Complete the dosage information, unit, date of administration, among other information.


  • Once you have registered all the corresponding information, press the Save button.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 


  • Press the Yes button if you want the vaccine to be passed to the encounter billing codes.
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.
  • You will automatically be taken to the Immunizations section.
