There are several options for printing the vaccination certificate. 


Option #1

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Immunizations link, located in the Patient Dashboard section.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To print the report of vaccines administered, press the Print button located at the top of the screen.


  • The report of the vaccines administered to the patient will be displayed.


Option #2 

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the More button, located next to the Immunizations link and select the Open Full Page option.


  • Or, press the right mouse button and select the Open Full Page option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To print the report of vaccines administered, press the Print button located at the top of the screen.


  • The report of the vaccines administered to the patient will be displayed.


Option #3

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Immunizations button, located in the Side Bar section. 


  • Or, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Immunizations Chart button.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To print the report of vaccines administered, press the Print button located at the top of the screen.


  • The report of the vaccines administered to the patient will be displayed.
