To configure the vaccine inventory, you must go to Settings / Clinical / Immunizations, to the section called Common Vaccines.


PHASE I: Record your current inventory of vaccines


  • Go to the Settings screen.
  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Immunizations button.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the vaccine you wish to configure in the Vaccines column. Then, press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Once selected, click the right mouse button and select the options to add common adult vaccines or common pediatric vaccines. 


  • You will automatically be taken to the Common Vaccines section. 


  • Configure the fields in the Details section.


  • You will be able to configure an alert for the selected vaccine. 


  • You will be able to add the information statement, about the selected vaccine. 


  • Press the Add button, located on the right side of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the education information, which you want to add to the selected vaccine. Then press the Save button.


  • Next, configure the inventory of the selected vaccine in the Inventory Items section.


  • Press the Add button to configure the vaccine inventory. 


  • The section to configure the inventory of the selected vaccine will be enabled. 


  • Complete the following information on the packaginginventory on hand, lot number, dose, NDC and expiration date, according to the vaccine packaging.


  • When finished, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.
  • Press the Save button to save the changes on the screen.
  • When the vaccine is selected, it will be displayed as follows.
