• Go to the Medication List in the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
• Press the Medication List  link.

• The Medication List screen will be opened. 
• Press the Add button to add the patients medication history.
• The Search Medication screen will be opened.
• Select the medications you want to include.

• The Search Medications screen will be displayed with the selected medications. 

• Medications will also be displayed in the Advanced Progress Note screen in the Medication List section:

        Important: 

 Keep the patients medication history updated to comply with the measures of  Meaningful Use. Press the No Known Drugs button if patient is not taking medications to comply with the measures.
