Access
Through the Side Bar section: To access the Medication History, click on its button in the Side Bar on the Progress Note screen. Then, click the More button on the screen's toolbar and choose the Reference option. If the Medication History button is missing, go to the Settings on the Progress Note screen's toolbar, select Side Bar Settings, and find the Medication History in the available items on the right. Drag and drop it into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Hit Save to apply the changes. The Side Bar will update, and the Medication History button will now be visible under the added category.

Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Medication History button. Next, click on the More button found on the screen's toolbar and choose the Reference option.

Through the Patient Dashboard section: To access the Medication List, click on the corresponding link in the Patient Dashboard, or select the Open Full Page option by clicking on the More button. Next, click on the More button on the screen toolbar, choose the admin button, and then select the Reference option.

Buttons
- Print: Print the chosen document. The user can select from the following options: English Handout, Spanish Handout, Dosage Text, Pregnancy Nursing Warnings, and General Warnings.
- Close: Allows to close screen.
- Go to Drugs.com (link): Opens www.drugs.com for the selected medication.
- Previous: Return to the previous screen.

- Dosage Text: The screen provides dosage information for the chosen medication, tailored for adult, pediatric, or geriatric patients.
- Dosage Calculator: Information is provided based on age, weight, gender, and other health-related factors.
- Pregnancy Nursing Warnings: Display additional information about medications to pregnant patients, nursing mothers, or those with other conditions.
- Warnings: General warnings.
