Screen Description
A screen designed to check or review patients' medication interactions.
Access
Through the Side Bar section: To access the Medication History, click on its button in the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. If you need to check interactions, click the More button on the screen's toolbar and choose the Interactions option. If the Medication History button is missing, go to the Settings button on the Progress Note's toolbar, select Side Bar Settings, and drag the Medication History from the available items on the right into a Side Bar category on the lower left. Save your changes, and the Side Bar will update to display the button in the chosen category.

Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Medication History button. Next, click on the More button found on the screen's toolbar and choose the Interactions option.

Through the Patient Dashboard section: To access the Medication List, click on the corresponding link in the Patient Dashboard, or use the More button to select the Open Full Page option. Next, click on the More button on the screen toolbar, choose the Adm button, and then select the Interactions option.

Buttons
- Print Active: Display the document detailing the patient's active interactions as recorded in the system for printing.
- Print Ackns: Enables the printing of knowledge regarding interactions.
- History: Displays the history of patient interactions.
- Save: Allows to save changes.
- Cancel: Enables the cancellation of actions on the screen.
- Previous: Allows to close screen.
Severity
- All: Shows interactions across all levels of severity.
- High: Display only the high-severity interactions.
- Moderate: Display only the moderate interactions.
- Low: Displays only the low interactions.
Type
- All: Displays various types of interactions.
- Drug+Drug: Display all drug-drug interactions.
- Drug+Food: Displaying all drug and food interactions.
- Drug+Disease: Display all drug and disease interactions.
- Drug+Allergy: Displays all drug and allergy interactions.
- Custom: Displays all user-selected interactions.
