Description

Screen used to document medication administered in-office to the patient.


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Medication History button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Then click on the More button located on the screen toolbar and select the Adm Drugs option. Can't find the Medication History buttonClick on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Medication History item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press the Save button in order to store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Medication History button. Then click on the More button located on the screen toolbar and select the Adm Drugs option.

Through the Patient Dashboard section: Click on the Medication List link located in the Patient Dashboard or click on the More button and select the Open Full Page option. Then click on the More located on the screen toolbar and select the Adm button and select the Adm Drugs option.

Buttons

  • New Drug: Add the new drug. (Drug description and date administered are required fields). 
  • New Component: Allows to add a new component to the selected medication. 
  • Edit: Allows to edit the administered medication. 
  • Cancel: Allows to cancel any changes in screen. 
  • Save: Allows to save change in screen. 
  • Previous: Allows to close screen. 

Medication Grid: Displays the administered drugs. 


Administered Drug Details: Place where the information related to the medication administered is added or edited. 


Alerts: Free text for patients alerts.

Notes: Free text for patients notes.
