There are several options to configure a Template for a specific clinical task.
Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
Select the Settings option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Task Templates option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the New button, located at the top of the screen.
- The Template configuration screen will be enabled.
- Type the title of the Template, in the Description field.
- Then, select whether it will be assigned to a specific supplier. If not, you can leave the supplier field blank.
- If you wish, you can write a note, related to the Template.
- To add medications to the Template, click on the Available Medications link in the Quick Treatment section. You can also click on the Medications link in the Patient Treatment section.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Or, select the medications, previously configured, in the Quick Treatment section. Once selected, they will automatically be displayed in the Medications section, in the Patient Treatment column.
- To add orders associated with the Template, click on the Available Orders link in the Quick Treatment section. You can also click on the Orders link in the Patient Treatment section.
- The following screen will be displayed:
Select the orders, which you want to add to the Template and then press the Save button.
Or, select the previously configured orders in the Quick Treatment section. Once selected, they will automatically be displayed in the Orders section, in the Patient Treatment column.
To add procedures associated with the Template, click on the Available Procedures link in the Quick Treatment section. You can also click on the Procedures link in the Patient Treatment section..
The following screen will be displayed:
Select the procedures, which you want to add to the Template and then press the Save button.
Or, select the previously configured procedures in the Quick Treatment section. Once selected, they will automatically be displayed in the Procedures section, in the Patient Treatment column.
General
- To add information related to the Template, click on the General link, located in the Patient Treatment section.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Fill in the information for the specific new task and then press the Save button.
- To add diagnosis codes associated with the Template, click on the ICD Codes link, located in the Patient Treatment section.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Once you have completed the Template, press the Save button, located at the top of the screen.
- Press the Settings button in the main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Task Templates option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the New button, located at the top of the screen.
