There are several options to configure a Template for a specific clinical task. 


Option #1
  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Task Templates option. 




  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the New button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The Template configuration screen will be enabled. 


  • Type the title of the Template, in the Description field. 


  • Then, select whether it will be assigned to a specific supplier. If not, you can leave the supplier field blank.


  • If you wish, you can write a note, related to the Template.  


Medications
  • To add medications to the Template, click on the Available Medications link in the Quick Treatment section. You can also click on the Medications link in the Patient Treatment section. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Or, select the medications, previously configured, in the Quick Treatment section. Once selected, they will automatically be displayed in the Medications section, in the Patient Treatment column. 


Orders
  • To add orders associated with the Template, click on the Available Orders link in the Quick Treatment section. You can also click on the Orders link in the Patient Treatment section. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the orders, which you want to add to the Template and then press the Save button.

  • Or, select the previously configured orders in the Quick Treatment section. Once selected, they will automatically be displayed in the Orders section, in the Patient Treatment column.

Procedures
  • To add procedures associated with the Template, click on the Available Procedures link in the Quick Treatment section. You can also click on the Procedures link in the Patient Treatment section.. 

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the procedures, which you want to add to the Template and then press the Save button.

  • Or, select the previously configured procedures in the Quick Treatment section. Once selected, they will automatically be displayed in the Procedures section, in the Patient Treatment column.


General

  • To add information related to the Template, click on the General link, located in the Patient Treatment section. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Fill in the information for the specific new task and then press the Save button.


ICD Codes
  • To add diagnosis codes associated with the Template, click on the ICD Codes link, located in the Patient Treatment section. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Once you have completed the Template, press the Save button, located at the top of the screen. 


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Task Templates option. 
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the New button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The Template configuration screen will be enabled. 


  • Type the title of the Template, in the Description field. 


  • Then, select whether it will be assigned to a specific supplier. If not, you can leave the supplier field blank.


  • If you wish, you can write a note, related to the Template.
