There are several options to remove a template from a clinical task.

• Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

• Select the Settings option.
  

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Task Templates option.

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Select the Template, which you want to delete.

• Once you have selected the Template, press the Delete button.

• The following confirmation message will be displayed:

• Press the Yes button to delete the Template.
• Press the No button to cancel the action. 
• It will be automatically removed from the Templates list. 

• Press the Settings button in the main menu. 

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Task Templates option.

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Select the Template, which you want to delete.

• Once you have selected the Template, press the Delete button.

• The following confirmation message will be displayed:

• Press the Yes button to delete the Template.
• Press the No button to cancel the action. 
• It will be automatically removed from the Templates list.
