There are several options to edit a template of a clinical task. 

• Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

• Select the Settings option.
  
  

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Task Templates option.

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Select the Template, which you want to edit.

• Once you have selected the Template, press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen.

• Make the corresponding modifications. 
• Then, press the Save button to save the changes.  

• Press the Settings button in the main menu. 
  

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Task Templates option.

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Select the Template, which you want to edit.

• Once you have selected the Template, press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen.

• Make the corresponding modifications. 
• Then, press the Save button to save the changes.
