Provider has two options to edit an immunization


Fastest Option

  • Select the vaccine to be edited in the Immunizations section in the Advanced Progress Note screen.  
  • Select the Edit option with a right click in mouse. 
  • The Edit Immunization screen will be displayed
  • Make changes or edit.
  • Press the Save button to store all changes. 


Detailed Option 

In the Advanced Progress Note screen press the blue link named Immunizations. 


  • The Immunizations screen will be opened. 
  • Select the vaccine to be edited. 
  • Press the Edit button.


  • Modify or add any additional information.
  • Press the Save button to store changes.
