There are several options to aggregate the result of an order. 


Option #1

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Pending Orders link, located in the Patient Dashboard section.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • If the patient has pending orders, select the order in the Pending Orders column and double click on it.


  • Or, select the order and press the Add Orders Results button, located at the top of the screen.


  • You can also right click on the Pending Orders column once you have selected the order and select the Add Result option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Automatically, the screen will be displayed to add the result of the selected order.


  • Record the corresponding results. Once recorded, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • Automatically, the link to the results will be displayed in the Assessment and Plan section.


  • Click on the link to see the results.


  • If the patient has no pending orders, press the Add Order Result button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Search Test button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Or, press the Search a Test From Favorites button, located in the center of the screen.


  • In both cases, the following screen will be displayed: 


  • Double-click on the order you want to add the result.


  • Or, select the order and then press the Save button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Automatically, the screen will be displayed to add the result of the selected order. 


  • Record the corresponding results. Once recorded, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • Automatically, the link to the results will be displayed in the Assessment and Plan section.


  • Click on the link to see the results.


Opción #2

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the More button, located next to the Pending Orders text, in the Patient Dashboard section.


  • Or, press the right mouse button and select the Open Full Page option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • If the patient has pending orders, select the order in the Pending Orders column and double click on it.


  • Or, select the order and press the Add Orders Results button, located at the top of the screen.


  • You can also right click on the Pending Orders column once you have selected the order and select the Add Result option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Automatically, the screen will be displayed to add the result of the selected order.


  • Record the corresponding results. Once recorded, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • Automatically, the link to the results will be displayed in the Assessment and Plan section.


  • Click on the link to see the results.


  • If the patient has no pending orders, press the Add Order Result button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Search Test button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Or, press the Search a Test From Favorites button, located in the center of the screen.


  • In both cases, the following screen will be displayed: 


  • Double-click on the order you want to add the result.


  • Or, select the order and then press the Save button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Automatically, the screen will be displayed to add the result of the selected order. 


  • Record the corresponding results. Once recorded, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • Automatically, the link to the results will be displayed in the Assessment and Plan section.


  • Click on the link to see the results.


Option #3

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • If the patient has a pending order, select it and press the More button located next to the Pending Orders link and select the Add Results option.


  • Or, right-click on that section and select the Add Result option.


  • Automatically, the screen will be displayed to add the result of the selected order.


  • Record the corresponding results. Once recorded, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • If the patient has no pending orders, the following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Search Test button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Or, press the Search a Test From Favorites button, located in the center of the screen.


  • In both cases, the following screen will be displayed: 


  • Double-click on the order you want to add the result.


  • Or, select the order and then press the Save button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Automatically, the screen will be displayed to add the result of the selected order. 


  • Record the corresponding results. Once recorded, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • Automatically, the link to the results will be displayed in the Assessment and Plan section.


  • Click on the link to see the results.


Option #4

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Add Order Result button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Add Order Result option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • If the patient has pending orders, press the Pending Orders button located at the top of the screen.


  • Or, press the Add from Pending Orders button, located in the center of the screen.


  • In both cases, the following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located on the patient's pending order.


  • Automatically, the screen will be displayed to add the result of the selected order.


  • Record the corresponding results. Once recorded, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • If the patient has no pending orders, press the Search Test button, located at the top of the screen.


  • Or, press the Search a Test From Favorites button, located in the center of the screen.


  • In both cases, the following screen will be displayed:


  • Double-click on the order you want to add the result.


  • Or, select the order and then press the Save button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Automatically, the screen will be displayed to add the result of the selected order. 


  • Record the corresponding results. Once recorded, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • Automatically, the link to the results will be displayed in the Assessment and Plan section.


  • Click on the link to see the results.
