New Functionalities and Improvements
Appointment Module
- Alertas Administrativas: Alerts can now be assigned to groups or users, and can be configured for the time the user wants them to be displayed. In addition, they can be repeated and assigned to the Reminders section. Alerts can also be edited. They can be configured from the Patient Details and Clinical screens.
- Sent to Reminders: Alert display in the Reminders section.
- Print Alert: Alert form.
- Zoom Insurance Plan: Button on the Appointment Detail screen that allows you to enlarge the image of the patient's medical plan.
Patient Module
- Documents: Multiple documents can be selected to be grouped into a single document and printed at the same time.
- Keyword / Document: New functionality of Checkbox option for documents has been added. The option is located in the Custom Content section. Once the keyword is added to the document, the user will be able to double click on the checkbox.
Clinical Module
- Assessment & Plan (Sorted List): The Handouts text was removed from the Education Item and the Active Diagnosis item was changed to Problem List.
- Clinical Evaluation: Added the option to Allow Enter on Advanced Clinical Evaluation in order to be able to Enter to continue with the note or paragraph in the Clinical Evaluation section.
- Developmental Milestones: Ages 7, 9, 11, 13, 17, 19, 20 and 21 were added.
- Encounter Signoffs: New screen, for the use of Physiatrists, Physical Therapists and Chiropractors where all progress notes closed by the clinical staff will be displayed and can be signed gradually. This option is enabled in the Settings / General / General Settings / Enable Progress Notes Signoffs screen. The button will be automatically displayed on the Clinical Records screen.
- The Encounter Signoffs screen will be displayed. The user will be able to filter it by date and users.
- Ability to add Addendum notes to a single note or multiple notes as selected. Once the progress notes you wish to add the Addendum note to have been selected, press the Add Quick Addendum button located at the top of the screen.
- The following confirmation message will be displayed indicating the number of notes you have selected.
- When the Yes button is pressed, the following screen will be displayed:
- Type the Addendum note and/or select phrases and then press the Accept button.
- If only one progress note is selected, it will be automatically removed from the list. If multiple notes are selected, the confirmation message will be displayed. Once the Yes button is pressed, all multiple progress notes selected will be deleted.
- Open Progress Notes: New column was added to see the name of the Template that was used in each patient. To display it, position the cursor over the header of the columns, press the right mouse button. Select the Show Column Chooser option and then select the Templates option.
- Patient Referral: New Referral Keyword Completed has been added to the Assessment & Plan Settings section. It is displayed in the Assessment & Plan area bringing the note from the Details field.
- Problem List: The Problem List section was added to the Clinical Evaluation area. In addition, the number of characters in the Problem Note field when editing a diagnosis has been increased.
- Procedures: The notes field has been added. It will be displayed in the procedure report, when printing the progress note and it can be visualized in the Clinical Evaluation section.
- Sorted List Medication: When the Sorted List option is selected, the SIG's of the medications will be displayed when the progress note is printed.
- Summary: The Diagnoses, Drugs, Allergies and Orders buttons were added in order to select the sections that the user wants to see in that section.
- In addition, the Documents tab was added.
Vital Signs: Vital signs can now be automatically recorded with the Welch Allyn Connex machine through the specific models listed below:
