New Functionalities and Improvements of our 5.0 version


Appointment Module  

  • Mensajes SMS - Text message function for patient appointment confirmation. A message will be sent 24 hours prior to the patient's appointment time. The user will be able to send text messages through the main menu, appointments and clinical area screens. (Note: This new function has an additional cost. For more information please contact our service department at 787-625-0440). 


Text message configuration 

  • Go to the Appointments Settings screen. 
  • Press the SMS Settings button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Configure the desired message in both sections. You can use the Keywords provided at the bottom of the screen.
  • Once the message has been configured, press the Save button. 


Sending text messages

  • Press the Send SMS button located in any of the three sections, main menu, appointments and clinical area. 
  • The previously configured message will be displayed in the Appointments Settings screen. 
  • The message will be sent to the patient in the language as selected. 
  • If the patient wishes to receive the text message in Spanish, they should select the Speak Spanish checkbox on the Appointments Details screen.


  • Otherwise, the text message will arrive in English.


  • Press the Send button. The text message will automatically be sent to the patient.


  • Cancelación Citas - Cancelled appointments will be identified with the first collation mark in red. 


  • Cancelled appointments may be moved on the calendar, either to the same day or to another date.


Internal Referral 

  • Internal Referrals Displays the list of patients who have referrals with internal providers in the center or office to create the patient's appointment. 


  • Once the patient is referred to an internal provider, the following screen will be displayed:


  • Double click on the patient. The notification will automatically be displayed at the top of the appointment screen.


  • Press the Cancel button to remove the notification so that it remains in the list.
  • Once the patient's appointment has been created, the notification will automatically be removed from the screen and from the Internal Referrals list.

  • Documents - A Print button has been added to this screen. 


Módulo de Configuración


General Settings 

  • General / Enable interval patients alerts - Selecting this option displays the Timed Alerts screen of active patient alerts. If you do not want this screen to display, simply uncheck the option box. 


  • General / General / Keep Past Encounter Control Open - Selecting this option allows you to return to the Past Encounters screen once you have opened a progress note through the “Past Encounters” screen. 


  • General / Staff and Providers / View assigned patients only - The option View assigned patients only has been added. The provider who selects this option will see only the patients assigned to him/her displayed. 


Módulo Clínico

  • Addendum / Amendments - Addendum notes may be added through sentences. 


  • Assessment / Plan "Today Diagnosis with notes - Keyword was added for the display of the note to be written in the diagnosis, in the Assessment and Plan section if the same is selected.
  • Immunizations - Vaccines can be searched by vaccine name or code. 


  • Past Encounters - Selecting a progress note from the Past Encounters screen and closing it will return you back to the Past Encounters screen. (Note: You must have the Keep Past Encounters Controls Open option selected in the General Settings screen).


  • Next Appointments- The Next Appointment link was added to the progress note screen so that the provider can see the patient's future appointments at the time of evaluation.


  • Problem List - Added Print button on the screen.


  • Email Orders - The email address of the provider has been added to the laboratory order


  • New Order / New ICD 10 - Function that allows to automatically add a new patient diagnosis when creating an order.
  • Add diagnosis code to the new order.


  • If it is a new code for the patient, it will display the following message:


  • Press the Yes button to have the diagnosis code automatically passed to the patient codes.
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.


  • Orders History - Ability to activate a previously inactive order.
  • Press the View History button located in the Pending Orders section of the Orders screen.


  • Press the activate button located at the end of the order. 


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 


  • If you wish to activate the order again, press the Yes button. 
  • It will automatically be removed from the Removed section and moved to the Active section.


  • Clinical Summary - The Diagnoses, Drugs, Allergies, and Orders buttons were added to display the patient's clinical summary by sections or to display all of the above. The Documents tab was also added, which allows viewing the patient's documents by encounter. 


  • Gaps In Care: Area where the care that the provider must provide to patients is displayed.


  • List Sections / Pending Orders - Added Pending, Completed and All filters in the Pending Orders section. 


  • Vital Signs - Now you can identify the vital record of patients with high blood pressure in red color (the last high blood pressure record will be identified). 


  • Phrases Settings Editor - A new column has been added to add diagnoses to the sentences. You will be able to write notes in the Assessment and Plan section, Assessment and Plan notes and mark them to always be included in the Assessment and Plan section. The provider will be able to draw in the order of their preference. 


  • New Prescription - Save as + Close button was added, in order to save the recipe in an external file.


  • After completing the recipe, press the Save + Close button.
  • The screen to save the recipe to the external file will be displayed. 
  • Select the external file where the recipe will be automatically saved. 


  • Print Progress Note - The progress note form was corrected to avoid blank pages and/or spaces.
