• The View Log was added by right-clicking on the selected patient for the purpose of viewing the log of users who created or edited the appointment. 

• Added the Office Directory option to the More button on the Appointments screen. 

Appointments Settings 

• Appointment Type: Added the option of Appt. Confirmations option has been added which allows the user to configure the specific type of appointment they want the text message to be sent. 
  

• SMS Settings: The text message configuration now has a detailed monthly sent message count so that the office or center does not exceed the monthly limit. 

• SMS Templates: Allows the office or clinic to configure the message of their choice through Templates.
  

• Once the custom text message has been configured, you can select the text Template on the fly.
  

• If a previous text message has already been sent to the patient, the alert will be displayed at the bottom of the screen when the send message button is pressed.
  

Patient Module

Patient Details 

• Date of birth validation was added when creating a new patient record. 

• Added the age next to the patient's name at the top of the Patient Details screen. 

Documents  

• Information button located on the right side of each document has been added, which identifies the date, time and user who registered and/or updated it.

Print Récord Paciente 

• Added the patient's age, Alt Rec No. and Alt Rec No. fields. In addition, the ID/SSS was changed to ID/Number in the medical plan section of the patient demographic information form. 

• Added the Office Directory option to the More button on the Patient Details screen.

Clinical Module

Clinical Evaluation

• Quick Patient Detail: Date of birth was added to the patient demographics section. 

• Leave Note Open: The Leave Note Open button was added so that the user can leave the note open from this screen without having to return to the progress note. 

• Order Set: Likewise, the Order Set button was added for the purpose of having easy access to the management of the same through the Clinical Evaluation screen. 

• Clinical Evaluation: The Allergies, Medications and Orders options were added to the Clinical Evaluation section. 

• Next Appointment: Added Go to Appointments link which automatically displays the calendar screen to facilitate patient appointment creation without leaving the progress note.
  

• Option Editor: Items may be configured with diagnostics and procedures.

• Templates: The Auto Apply column has been added in the Template Selector screen in order to facilitate the clinical evaluation of the patient. When selecting a with the Auto Apply, it will automatically be displayed at the time of displaying the progress note.
  

Evaluation Notes 

• Added Todays filter in the Patient Dashboard section for the purpose of viewing only the evaluation notes of the day of the progress note. 

Immunizations

• The patient's immunization record screen was modified in its entirety. The vaccines screen will be displayed with 3 sections, itinerary of vaccines for children and adolescents, itinerary of vaccines for adults and the history of the patient's vaccines administered. At the bottom, the legend of the recommended age ranges for administering each particular vaccine is detailed. 

Add Immunizations 

• The screen was modified in its entirety just like the main vaccine screen. If the office or facility does not have its vaccine inventory set up, the screen will display with the vaccine group vaccines. Otherwise the screen will display the Office Inventory section. 

• Ability to select multiple vaccines simultaneously.

PR Certificate

• The vaccination certificate was updated.  

Medications

• New Rx: The option to send the prescription and in turn send notification to the patient via text message has been added. It will display the name of the patient, the doctor who sent the prescription and the pharmacy to which it was sent. Example: Juana, Dr. Juana Del Pueblo has sent your prescription to Walgreens pharmacy. 

• All File Statuses: Dropdown of options to receive notifications when sending an electronic prescription (It is recommended to always leave the default option selected to receive all notifications related to the sent prescription).

• Pharmacy: Pharmacy button has been added to display the information of the pharmacy to be selected. 

Orders

• Function to select multiple orders with results to be added to the encounter. 

• Groups: Orders may be classified by groups.

• Notes: When writing a note in the selected order, you can set it as a phrase.  

Past History

• The Select Past History button has been added for the nurse or provider to select the medical history corresponding to the patient's clinical evaluation.

• If you wish to include all sections of the patient's medical history in the encounter, select the Include All Past History in progress note checkbox.

Physical Examination 

• A camera option has been added to the Physical Examination screen. You will be able to take pictures of the patient when performing a physical examination.

• The Delete button has been added in order to delete the selected diagram. 
  

Problem List / Patient Dashboard

• The Last Update column has been added in this section to show the date on which the diagnosis was revised or updated. 
  

Settings / Progress Notes 

• The option Confirmation required for closing note has been added. If selected, a message will be displayed to confirm the closing of the progress note.

Progress Notes Audit

• The Insurances filter was added for the purpose of performing audits by medical plans. 

Vital Signs

• Added the option to document the GFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate) which records the estimated glomerular filtration rate of kidney function in the vitals screen.

Office Templates 

• Encounter keywords have been added in the Custom Content section of the templates configuration. 

Immunizations Settings

• The screen has been restructured. It now has a section for the configuration of the most frequent adult and pediatric vaccines. By right-clicking on the selected vaccine in the left column, you can select whether it is a frequent adult or pediatric vaccine. Here you will be able to create clinical alerts for vaccines. 

Order Template Settings 

• The Unknown option was added to the Gender field.
