Patient Portal
- Patient Portal / Request Appointments - New appointment request function, through the patient portal. For more information please refer to the following article: ¿Cómo solicitar citas a través del portal de paciente?
Main Menu
- New feature that identifies that the database is reaching its free storage limit. It is recommended to call our customer service department at 787-625-0440 for more information.
- When you press the Ok button, the following message is displayed. The red ribbon will not be removed until the office resolves the storage situation.
Clinical
- ER Room / Main Menu - New main menu screen for emergency rooms (by selecting Use ER Main Menu in the General Settings screen). Note: This option will only be displayed if the facility is identified as an Emergency Room in the Office Information screen.
- ER / Progress Notes Templates Settings - Added Include Wong Baker option in the progress notes settings to include the pain rating scale in the progress notes.
- ER / Progress Note / Add Triage Evaluation / Physical Examination - New Physical Examination screen, to document the physical examination of the patient, performed by the nurse. The displayed image will change according to the patient's gender.
- Add Vital Reading - Add Vital Signs screen, the icons that identify each field have been added. The pain scale level has been added. Here you can select the patient's pain level from the right column and automatically populate the Pain field and vice versa. (This screen was added for use in the medical offices, Workflow and emergency room).
- Orders / Order History - New function allows you to check the results of electronic laboratories. It can be accessed from the main order screen and through the patient's order history by right-clicking on the mouse.
Appointments
- Appointments - Appointments screen image change. The calendar is now displayed in the upper left part of the screen. It also allows the user to go to the selected date.
- Appointments / Appointments Notes Patient Notes - Identification of the fields for better visualization.
Billing
- Daily Report - New function for the selection of the daily report by providers. You will also be able to print the report grouped by providers, when there is more than one provider in the office or center.
- Billing Claims & Aging - Added new Annual Evaluation status.
- Payer ID - Added ACCA Payer ID. (Automobile Accident Compensation Administration).
Workflow
- Add Patient Arrival / Reason for Visit - Display in alphabetical order of the options in the Reason for Visit section.
- Assign Patient - Added options for user selection to include all users, providers or nurses.
- Discharge - The Discharge button has been removed from the Discharge section and added to the More option. (This is only for offices identified as emergency room).
Settings
- Appointment Settings / Holidays and Vacations - The Delete option has been added, by pressing the right mouse button, to delete vacation days and vacations.
- Appointment Settings / Appointment Types - The Sort Editor option was added, with the purpose of sorting the display of appointment types, according to the office's preference.
- General / Appointments Requests Logs - Screen for blocking registration of appointment requests. This prevents multiple users from interacting or modifying the patient's requested appointment.
- General Settings / E.S.R.S (Encounters Status Reset Settings) - Function for integration systems such as Proclaims and Secureclaims, for the retransmission of previously transmitted encounters that presented some type of error.
- General Settings / PREIS (Puerto Rico Electronic Immunization System) - Vaccine registry system in PR. Allows you to export the vaccine information provided by the Department of Health. (This option is only for specific centers, which are provided with vaccine inventory by the Department of Health).
- General Settings - Scheduler Timeframe - Configuration of the calendar time period for the display of appointments. These can be configured from 1, 5, 10, 30 and up to 60 days maximum. Once the period is selected, the system must be restarted.
- General Settings - Use ER Main Menu - Option to use the new emergency room screen (To display this option, you must have the Is Emergency Room field selected in the Office Information section).
- Office Directory - Permanent display of Search field.
- User Groups - New access permission to the main billing screen.
- User Groups - Nuevo permiso, para evitar cerrar notas de progreso abiertas y cerrar nuevas notas.
- General Settings / Staff & Providers - Added the option to Accepts new patients in PP. This option will be selected for the provider who wishes to accept new patient appointments through the patient portal.

- Theme - New options for computers running Windows 11 operating system.
Bugs Fixes
ER (Emergency Room)
- Base Datos - Database correction in progress notes closed in ER at database level.
Workflow
- Workflow Item - Correction of patient display when adding patients in the Workflow Items section.
Arrivals
- Arrivals - Correction of progress notes status display in the Arrivals section of the main menu.
Appointments
- Create Patient - Correction of notification that the patient's record is already created, when pressing the Create Rec information button on the Appointments screen, as well as on the panel buttons on the Appointments screen.
- Create Patient - Refresh when creating new patients in offices with two secretaries using Patient Details simultaneously.
- Patient Payment - Error correction when pressing the button from Appointments.
- Appointments - Cursor focus when adding a patient on this screen.
- Intervalo Tiempo - Correction of time interval in Appointments.
- Signatures - Correction of not deleting patient signatures when deleting an appointment.

- Documents - Correction to not show the internal subcategories of the application, when scanning a document.
Billing
- Create Claim - Correction when creating a claim from the Create New Claims screen with an encounter, when deleted it drops back to the Create New Claims screen, in its original state.
- Patient Payment - Correction of Pay Encounter function, when pressing the right button of the mouse.
- Reconciliation / Add Payment - Correction of the Search field.
- Reconciliation Insurance Payment - Correction of the total, when registering a manual payment.
- 1450 Form - Correction in field #4 Billing type.

- Clinical Evaluation - Correction of future deployment dates in the clinical evaluation of the patient.
