New in EHRez 

Version 5.01 [2644]


This update includes fixes and new features for better performance and execution of our EHRez electronic record. It includes updated lists of medications, procedures and diagnoses.


Here is what you will find in this new update.



Appointment Portal (Used in specific centers)

  • Last Visit (enlace) - (You must have a closed encounter for this information to be displayed.) In this section, it shows the suggested follow-up status of the provider.
  • Scheduled Appointments (enlace) - When pressed, displays the patient's future appointment information.


Users / Forgot Password

  • Forgot Password - Allows you to reset the password of any active user. If the user account is disabled, it must be reactivated and the password reset by an active user with administrative access to the maintenance module in the Users screen. Note: Entering the incorrect password multiple times will inactivate the user's account. The number of times the password can be entered incorrectly is configurable in the General Settings screen. 


Patient Details

  • Patient Details - New restrictions, to add patients with future dates.

    Patient / DOB- If you are a patient, over 120 years of age, you will not have access to clinical evaluation. 

Clinical / Evaluation Forms / History 

  • Evaluation Forms / History - A Delete option has been added to the History section of the Evaluation Forms screen by right-clicking the mouse to delete the patient's questionnaires.


Clinical Evaluation / ER (Emergency Room)

  • Progress Notes / Copy / Paste - The Copy/Paste function was returned, in the progress note, from the emergency room. 



Workflow / ER (Emergency Room)

  • Status / Workflow Item - New column, in the Workflow screen, to identify the status of patients, previously configured in Settings / Office / Workflow Status.


ER (Emergency Room)

  • Deleted Progress Note Forms - New screen to reactivate the deleted progress notes. 


  • Add Patient Arrival - The date of birth field was identified as required.


Workflow 

  • Disposition / Workflow Items - New column, in the Workflow screen, to identify patients, who were discharged, with some disposition. 


Settings / OPD (Outpatient Department) y ER (Emergency Room)

  • General Settings / Disable Appointment Cache - New function to improve performance in databases with a high volume of citations. 


Settings / ER (Emergency Room)

  • General Settings / ER Disable Workflow Send to Billing - New function allows you to disable the Send to Billing message when pressing Discharge when the patient is discharged. 


  • Workflow Status - New function for patient status management in the Workflow Item screen.




  • Office Templates - New Keyword for Patient Mobile Phone, which allows the patient's main number to be displayed in the documents.


  • Staff & Providers - New Has confidential notes access option, which allows access to progress notes identified as confidential (Note: These are identified in the Progress Notes Templates Settings screen by selecting the Is Confidential option).


  • Progress Notes Templates Settings - New Is Confidential option, which allows the selected progress note template to be identified as confidential (Note: The provider must have the Has Confidential notes access option selected in the Staff & Providers screen in order to view a confidential note).



Bugs & Fixes 


ER (Emergency Room)

  • Clinical Tasks / Order Chart - Correction of note display, in the Order Chart report, when inactivating a medication, of the clinical tasks.
  • Vital Signs - Vital signs correction. When deleting the vital signs record, it did not update the progress note. 
  • Frequent Phrases - Correction display of frequent phrases, previously configured. 


OPD (Outpatient Department)


Clinical  

  • Problem List - Error correction, when pressing Review Dx, after adding a diagnosis to Billing.
  • Orders - Correction when completing different orders from the Orders / View History screen.

Settings Clinical  

  • Evaluation Forms Settings - Error correction, when creating a questionnaire, with special characters. 

Billing 

  • Patient Payments - Correction, when eliminating deductible patient payments, with the right click function of the mouse.

Medications

  • Template Medications - Error correction when creating a template containing controlled drugs.
