This update includes fixes and new features for better performance and execution of our EHRez electronic record.
Here's what you'll find in this new update.
Clinical / Orders / History
- Orders / View History - Correction when completing two orders, but from different encounters, from the Orders / View History screen.
Clinical / Clinical Evaluation
- Patient / DOB - Patients, with a date of birth prior to January 1, 1990, will not have access to the clinical evaluation. Once you try to access the patient's clinical evaluation, the following message will be displayed:
Billing / Fee Schedule / F Codes
- Billing / F Codes - EHRez was eliminated for all medical plans to add an automatic fee of $0.00 at the time of submitting an electronic claim. This request was required by Humana PR. However, Triple S requires that the F-codes be sent with a fee, and not at $0.00.
This code configuration is done in our Fee Schedules screen, which can be accessed from the Settings / Billing / Fee Schedules module or through the Billing / Settings / Fee Schedules module.
