New Functionalities and Bugs Fixed


New in EHRez 

Version 5.01 [2665]


This update includes the latest version of coding files (CPT's, diagnostics and medications), among other improvements. It contains fixes and new features for better performance and execution of our EHRez electronic record. 


Here is what you will find in this new update:


ER (Emergency Room)

  • Clinica Tasks / Pending Tasks - Added in the Pending Tasks report, the procedure code of the selected available medications in the emergency room, previously configured, in the Available Medication Settings screen.  
  • Clinical Tasks / Ordered Tasks - In the Clinical Evaluation Template section, the procedure code of the selected available medications in the emergency room, previously configured in the Available Medication Settings screen, was added.


  • Clinical Tasks / Medications - Added in the Medications section of the Clinical Tasks screen, the procedure code of the selected available medications in the emergency room, previously configured in the Available Medication Settings screen.


  • Clinical Tasks / Encounter Summary - Added in the Internal Orders and Preview section, in the Encounter Summary screen, the procedure code of the selected available medications in the emergency room, previously configured, in the Available Medication Settings screen.


  • Clinical Evaluation / Date - The ability to select future dates in the progress notes has been eliminated. 


  • Clinical Evaluation / Closed Encounters - Removed the History text in the following sections:

  • Clinical Evaluation / Print Include in Print Report - The date was added to each of the encounter codes in the Services report. 


  • Clinical Evaluation OPD / F Codes - Added F Codes button in the progress note screen. 


Bugs & Fixes 

  •  Assessment & Plan / Referrals - Correction was made, when adding a referral to the patient, the referral was deleted, once the patient's assessment was left open and then when entering again, the referral was not shown in the Assessment & Plan section. 
  • Patient Dashboard / Medication List - A change was made in the confirmation message when selecting a medication and choosing the Cancel Selected Medication option.
  • Clinical Evaluation / New Rx / Sig's - A correction was made by configuring a sig and using it in a new recipe and then trying to delete the newly configured sig.
