This update includes vaccine updates, among other improvements. It contains fixes and new features for better performance and execution of our EHRez electronic record. 

Here is what you will find in this new update:

ER (Emergency Room)

• Narcotics / DEA - In the progress note, the provider's narcotics and DEA licenses are now shown. 

• Clinical Tasks / Orders - The procedure code of the selected orders was added in the Clinical Evaluation Template section. 

• Clinical Tasks / Orders - The procedure code of the selected orders was added in the Orders section of the Clinical Tasks screen. 

• Clinical Tasks / Encounter Summary - The procedure code of the selected orders was added to the Internal Orders and Preview sections of the Encounter Summary screen.  

• Clinical Tasks / Administered Tasks - The procedure code of the selected orders has been added in the Administered Tasks report. 

• Clinica Tasks / Pending Tasks - The procedure code of the selected orders has been added to the Pending Tasks report. 

• Clinica Tasks / Tasks - The procedure code of the selected orders has been added in the Tasks screen. 

• Documents - Added Documents button at the top of the progress note screen. (Note: This button does not replace the Documents Forms function. Meeting documents must be used through Documents Forms).

OPD (Outpatient Department)

• Closed Encounters / Review Notes - New feature allows you to add multiple signatures of providers who reviewed the patient's clinical evaluation (Note: This can only be accessed from the Closed Encounters section and must have the Electronically Signed and Reviewed keyword selected in the progress note template. Pressing Review automatically displays the date, supplier and supplier's license. If the supplier signs twice, it will display the most recent).

• Clinical Evaluation / Physical Examination - An additional 10 category pins were added for physical assessment of the patient. 

• Workflow / Filter by the logged in office - New function allows you to filter patients according to the office to which you are connected. Note: This function is for the exclusive use of centers with multiple locations.
  

Bugs & Fixes 

• ER Documents Replace Keywords - Correction, by pressing to replace the keywords in the documents when adding them. 

• Billing / Place of Service - Updated listing of the Place of Service field in the Claim Editor.
